I have used photopaint for nearly 30 years and NEVER used Draw. A Google search shows this to be common. Photopaint is an excellent product but has an expensive anchor tied to it. Your other photoeditors are crap.

Fit text to frame is available only in the menu. Add a toggler beneath the text frame. So that frame updates the font size while dragging and fits it to the frame (toggler to do it or not).
