for multiple laptop and PC owners, allow log off of other comp to use

I have 2 work PC's on 2020 with one in Columbus which has Solid Works and one in MS which has Arbortext SGML ... I also have 2 home PC/laptops on 2021. I would like to have the ability to log out other computers from to open a seat. They all say 2020.
