When placing large bit-maps in large-format layouts (think banners) it would be nice if the asset was linked and not always embedded. It would make it easier to hot-swap out a file. Every other program has a 'link' option.

On start-up CD should provide another option to show list of last created files to open.
At present there is no option to have CD show me a list of recently created files. It only offers to open a file on start up rather than a lsit to select from..
The data merge/print merge works quite well. It would be great if there was a better indication of font size etc, WYSIWYG. Fonts tend to appear on screen large, the good news prints are okay. A better visual indication would be great.
