Enhanced view on rtx 4070 displays any curve or line as jagged. is there any new option to fix this?

I use cusps all the time for editing and drawing. I find these to have more control. Is there a way to draw or edit (double-click) with cusps as a default instead of have to (F10, Ctrl+A and C) each time. Thank you.

Every time I start a new file it opens with Pixel view, even though I have it set to Enhanced view. It is utterly annoying that I have to switch this manually for every single document every single time.
