Corel had crashed while in the middle of our project and when we restarted CorelDraw there was an autoback file that had been recovered which was great!
But now whenever we start Coreldraw it always asks if we wish to recover the same file even though we have selected every option available the backfile remains.
There should be an option to remove the backup save from Coreldraw. It looks like I will have to find the folder and manually delete the backups to stop the popup message.
Thanks for bringing this up.
With the new CorelDRAW Graphics Suite June 2024 Update (released on June 18th), this has now been fixed. After you restart CorelDRAW following a system error and choose not to recover autobackup files, the backup copies of files are erased upon quitting the application, as intended.
The update can be downloaded from the Patches & Updates page.
