alignment tool that aligns the left line of one object to the right of another & a top of an object to the bottom of another.

If you use Corel in the sign industry you use alignment commands constantly. It is more accurate than just using snaps. Since Corel Draw 5 I have been begging for the ability to use an align command as stated above. It would be used as much as your other standard alignment commands. More than the bottom to bottom or top to top.

I have a macro that does this, so I know it can be done. If it can be done with code then it should be easily implemented as a new feature. Along with a hundred other macros.

As per Cameron's suggestion...perhaps, but something so simple should be a single click option because it's something that would be used a lot.

This would be very useful. I've been using Corel since 1.0 and I have always preferred it to Adobe. I find Corel is far more intuitive, but I wish it had a few more powerful features. Being able to do what this person is saying would have been very helpful in almost all of my designs.

Can't this already be accomplish with Distribute using 0 for the spacing amount?

Provide more alignment options, e.g. dock an object at the bottom/top/right/left edge of another object
