How do I resubscribe without changing the version I am using?

How do I resubscribe without changing my version of CorelDRAW? I can't download and activate a new version, no matter how many times I delete the old versions on my computer (which hasn't been necessary for past updates). Now I need to do a job with the old version deleted, and I can't download the new version. I have the old version on my laptop. if I could just activate my subscription there without the upgrade, I could at least get this job done and work on upgrades later.
