add option Select all objects in the same layer.

Extract all selected power clips at the same time

In the X8 powerclip menu was stuck to the object. After 2019 it becomes a floating menu. Bring back the option as a sticking power clip or floating power clip menu.

bring back the same alignment and distribution menu, which was compact and tiny in x8, 2017, and 2018. After 2019 or in the latest version, it was large. The option aligned to the baseline is far from aligning to the menu.
