When holding ALT, pan canvas with tablet pen position; when holding ALT + CTRL + pen position - zoom in and out the canvas

I am using a tablet and is quite cumbersome to switch my right hand from keys to pen.
If you can add this functionality where, I hold ALT and then move the pen on the surface of the tablet, and the canvas moves along would be great.
All the other software that I use have this functionality, and are so much easier to use because of that.

I currently either have to ALT and arrows to pan the canvas, or select the hand tool which changes the tool I am using, and the focus - and when I press space I need to re-enable the tool properties.

You could also add that when holding ALT and CTRL + moving pen position on x and y, you could zoom in and out the canvas.
