Want meaningful feedback? Make bug reports easier!

I've just spent 10 minutes trying to find out how to make a bug report.

The "Submit ideas and feedback" is the only logical option under the help dropdown. But when I get here you're asking for ideas. A bug report is not an idea or a feature request.

It's not until I get into making this feature suggestion that I see the "Not working properly" option below. So how to report a bug is very well hidden.

Please add "Report a bug" option to the help menu, or at least under the "Add a new idea" button in the ideas portal. Thanks.
