Allow 'Fractional' scales to be a default display option

I have to document what scale I am in, as a fraction, on each document that I create. It frustrates me, that when I select certain scales, Corel takes me out of a fractional view, and moves me into a 'ratio' view. For example, if I select 1½=1', Corel will automatically switch it to 1:8. I understand that other may want this feature, but I, however, do not. I would love to have further adjustment capabilities within the scale selector. I would like to be able to adjust my default scaler list, as others have suggested before.
