I am testing CorelDraw 2024. I cannot find a dark mode. It must be a joke.
I guess will stay at Affinity Designer!
CorelDRAW does support dark UI mode, as Corel PHOTO-PAINT in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite does.
In CorelDRAW on Mac, UI color follows the macOS settings (System Settings > Appearance).
In CorelDRAW on Windows, you can specify the color theme of the UI in the application settings (go to Tools > Options > Customization). You can select from any of the 4 UI theme presets, and even customize the Desktop and Windows bolder colors individually if you want that:
