Add an option for customized printer paper size on Mac

There is currently no way to add an option for customized printer paper size, there are just generic paper sizes to print to, there is no option to specify the size to be printed. For example, if I need to print on a 5.5x8.5 (half sheet/statement) there is no option for this, I can create a document size of 5.5x8.5 in CorelDRAW but there is currrently no way to actually print this document in that size. Other programs like Safari, textedit, Word, Excel, all adobe products etc. allows you to specify custom print sizes.
