It works today, It did not yesterday... Not sure why. I was trying to put
an outline on text, not sure if it was because it was the first time
opening it. But obviously I am not the only one it has happened to...

Have a look at the attached screen recording (CorelDRAW 2024 - June Update on Windows 11) - the functionality for accessing the Outline Pen (or Object Fill) dialog from the outline properties in the Status bar is unchanged from previous versions.
