Fix dragging from the objects manager to the artboard

This hasn't worked in the last few versions. When dragging an object from the objects manager and hovering over the artboard the icon changes like it's moving the object but on release, nothing happens.

I used to use this all the time when copying an object from another document and that it pastes off the screen. Instead of zooming out to find the object, I would just drag it from the object manager and drop it where I wanted it.
