Creating pixel-correct Export would be very important to use Corel Draw for professional webdesign.
When exporting graphics, the size in the export-dialog in Corel 2022 (and all former versions) is sometimes one more pixels bigger than the original graphic. See Screencast:

That makes exact webdesign almost impossible.
This pixel leftover has more to do with the object's position, within the pixel grid, than with its measurements. When objects are not aligned to the exact Pixel grid (in Documents whose default measurement is Pixel), the software ends up filling that extra space. @Kürşad Çakır: That's a good workaround, thank you for that. But the perfect (and intuitive) way would be to export objects with exact it's size and nothing else.
You can use "Object Hinting" for exact pixel values.
