Why is there no Hotkey to show/hide guidelines? Please add it.

It's frequent that I guideline the begeezus out of a drawing but then trying to select an object becomes an adventure in constantly scrolling in and out of view..... there are hotkeys for every other type of guideline, NONE of which I use. How did you leave such a basic feature out? I can't even set a custom shortcut in options!
