Inherent blur attritube for lines and objects.

Inkscape uses SVG as its file format, but they have a neat trick where you can change the blurriness of a line/object. It's just a slider representing one of the properties of that object. Corel has a non-destructive filter that does this as well, but it seems to be an extra step that could be combined into the properties. Also, the current FX seems to get buggy when copying it. I find it more reliable to draw everything and then apply any FX at the end. I'm hoping this feature would eliminate the need for that.
