Communicate very clear, what is available for Win and Mac!
Don't let programmers do the GUI job! That should be done by a team of psychologists and GUI-specialists! Preferable doing own research.
I wish an intuitive Software in the near future.
Use great and professional photographs and drawings for all your content. If the content is modified, it should be done in the best quality. Your customers are professionals and they will see if it is done by an amateur immediately!

it's Corel PhotoPaint not corel paint. Anyone who knows anything about graphics knows the difference between a drawing and a paint program. I'm sorry but this is dumb.
That is not a quick and easy fix for any corporation to rename their flagship products. There's branding and trademark costs, registration costs, and on and on. I think anyone who has used Corel for more than a couple of years are familiar with the naming convention, and it is not difficult to understand.
What a good idea... I hope Corel listen here.
