Add a plus button on the object/layer tab to save having to go through to many menus just to add a new layer.

This will make the work flow much better as layers are used a lot.

    There is a "New Layer" (and a "New Master Layer") button in the Objects docker/inspector, at the bottom:

    It's a one-click operation to add a new layer to the top of the layer stack (on the current page).
