When I go to export a custom workspace everything gets exported except custom short cuts you made. This has happened on multiple occasions were I'm setting up a new computer and my short cuts don't export with my personal workspace. So I have to go through and put in all my shortcuts again. Seems like it should be an easy fix.
This should be working as expected (i.e., keyboard shortcuts should be included with a custom workspace exported). Please make sure you have the latest update installed (i.e., the September 2023 Update - Version 24.5.0.0731). There was an issue related to custom keyboard shortcuts in the March 2023 release which was fixed in an update soon after.
If that issue appears with the latest update installed, please reach out to Customer Support (www.coreldraw.com/support) to let the team troubleshoot the issue. You will be asked to provide detailed information about the hardware and software environment, to investigate the issue and provide an answer.
