Pinned 'Recent Files'

I make use of particular files for storing design elements and edited graphics that regularly pops up in our company designs. Currently the files move as I open, edit or create new designs. It would be nice to have the option to make some of the files 'always on top' or 'pinned' for easy access from the Welcome Screen.
