There Is a need for the One-Time purchase license to be Multilanguage

Just purchased CorelDraw 2023 One-Time Purchase.

I had a remote (Logmein) session with support this morning to find out that unlike the subscription license, the One-Time Purchase license does not allow the software to be installed with multi-language support. It is only possible to install one language.

I believe that multi-language is mandatory especially in the eastern part of Canada. I am sure that other countries would also benefit from having the flexibility to switch language as required. This is a feature that was available in previous versions (ex. my old CorelDraw X6). The fact that it is available in the subscription (annual plan) does show that it is a required feature.
