There are two main tools for applying transformations to objects in CorelDRAW today:
The Transform docker/inspector (on the right in the below screenshot), and the Transform toolbar (on the left, overlayed with the drawing window as a custom floating placement of the toolbar): The Transform toolbar provides the various transformation tools in one UI element whereas the Transform docker provides separate tabs for Position, Rotate, Scale and Mirror, Size and Skew, each with advanced and more detailed options.
Please provide more info about what "combination" of the tools you're looking for.
