wacom/pen tablet smoothness | Corel Photo Paint

Well, I noticed when using pen tablet the gesture/moves of the pen ain't fluid and smooth but laggy, I updated my drivers and tried again and same, test on corresponding places seem to be okay, but it is yet not fluid with tools like magic selection and other brushes on Photo Paint and anything mask creation related.
