Allow editing VSTA macros using newer C# version and syntax

In Corel Designer it is possible to create/edit VSTA macros using Visual Studio and C#. But the C# language version is not allowing newer language features such as template strings and expression methods. Please update it to allow newer C# language version/syntax.
