Make Photo-Paint compatible with Photoshop plugins and actions

I use plugins a lot, as do many people when editing a photo. Some of my most useful plugins can't be used in the Edit Bitmap function, because they either won't open or will cause Photo-Paint to crash. These same plugins work fine with Paintshop Pro, so I have to use that program or Ps Elements as a workaround, which really hampers my workflow. A few examples of plugins I use that won't work with Photo-Paint: Portrait Pro and Portrait Pro Body, all of the apps in Nik 4, Topaz Gigapixel AI.
