Strongly disproportionately distorted and projected objects have a distorted outline in the SVG export.
This is faulty.

unfortunately it is not possible to attach DES or SVG files (Attachment not supported).
But in your example, the rectangle isn't grossly disproportionately distorted before the projection. In my screenshot I marked the distortion in "transform".

Testing with the latest Corel DESIGNER March 2023 release (24.3.0.571) this could not be reproduced (with 0.18mm or 0.25mm line weight):
