Convert Pattern fills to vector objects

We Knitcity Graphics Pvt. Ltd, - Corel 6 user used for long period of 7 years. Sometimes we need pattern fills in coreldraw or we get buyer file with pattern fills used but most of the prepress units (like ctp) the objects pattern fills are not supported in ctp ripping software. This will need to convert as bitmap images or to use in 3rd party software and to ripped. But we loss the sharpness of the pattern fill objects. We need the pattern fills to vector object conversion this will helpful to us. Attached pattern fill for your ref. Expecting it in the next version. Thanks.
