Allow access to bitmap fills from older versions of Corel

I loved some of the older image fills - tiles - from older versions of the suite. I can still access those in X8 because it allows me to navigate to a folder on - say - an old CorelDRAW 7 disk and change the extension to CPT. That ability is absent in every version after X8. May we have it back please?
