Stop showing ads and questionaires at startup

I don't want to have to check the "Don't show this again" box every time the content of the pester box shows up. I want "Don't show this again" to actually never show that box ever again. I'm trying to work for a living and all this does is make me angry because I continue to check the "Don't show this again" box and it continues to not work properly. At least be honest and change that text to "Don't show this particular ad again but others will keep showing up."

I have NO other software that does this crap of showing ads all the time.
