Open from Cloud/Save to Cloud does not work on Mac version

I use both Windows and Mac versions. Open from Cloud and save to Cloud works fine in the Windows version, but on the Mac version the purple arc just spins round and round on both open and save options. I let it run for a good 5 minutes, and still the arc just spins around. Thank goodness I was able to cancel out by closing the cloud window. BTW - I did sign in correctly on both versions.
