Ability to create Jason / Lottie files to produce professional animated logos etc...

I know Coreldraw used to have a vectored oriented animation feature, an app called RAVE, but discontinued it. Can Corel consider creating a Windows Friendly version of Apple's After Effects to produce crisp and clear vectored illustrations that can be animated in order to produce professional items like animated logos for clients.
