Lock Document Colour Space to single colour profile

Designing for web or print- Working in multiple colour profiles is undesirable and using the sample tool can often contaminate many design elements. I would like the ability to set the document to CMYK ONLY, RGB Only. or Blended/Any, thus avoiding unintentional instances of multiple colour spaces in one file.
