Multi-Selection in Objects Docker Across Different Groups

I would like to suggest an improvement for the Objects Docker in Corel DESIGNER.

Currently, it appears to be impossible to select multiple objects or subgroups that are located in different parent groups using Ctrl or Shift selection in the Objects Docker. Only objects within the same parent group can be selected together.

Example: Group A └ Subgroup X Group B └ Subgroup X

Group A and Group B can be selected together, but Subgroup X from Group A and Subgroup X from Group B cannot.

For users working with complex technical illustrations, this limitation makes editing recurring components across assemblies unnecessarily difficult.

It would be very helpful if the Objects Docker supported multi-selection of any visible objects or groups regardless of their parent hierarchy, similar to Windows Explorer or common CAD applications.

The current behavior forces users to rely on workarounds such as: dissolving group structures, searching for objects by name, reorganizing hierarchy levels,

creating macros or custom scripts.

These additional steps reduce efficiency and can compromise carefully maintained assembly structures.

Suggested enhancement:

Allow users to select any visible objects or groups in the Objects Docker regardless of their parent group, using standard Ctrl-Click and Shift-Click behavior.

This change would greatly improve usability when working with complex hierarchical models and would align the Objects Docker with common user expectations and industry-standard selection workflows.
