Depending on where you've downloaded the product from (Free Trial, or from a specific Downloads page) you may need to uninstall and reinstall using the software download from this page: www.coreldraw.com/download.
Before uninstalling, you may want to check your installation if the setup supports adding other languages. On Windows, go to the Windows control panel > Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Navigate to the CorelDRAW product and select "Modify" or "Uninstall" (if "Modify" is disabled as typically on Windows 11). The CorelDRAW product setup will launch and provide you with 3 options:
Modify
Repair
Remove
Select "Modify" and then proceed through the setup until you see the 3rd screen with "Product languages" selection. If you can see that option with a dropdown list, you may be able to add Spanish.
