Can Corel write a GMS or vectorizing setting that make 'halftone' vectors from bitmaps in the shape of parallel lines

This type of vector is somewhat difficult to achieve in Corel, while others, software like Flexi churn this stuff at the stroke of a key. This is relatively old school technology, but is essential for the type of products I provide. Some products are laser cut steel, concrete impressions, etc. etc. This tool would be especially effective when vectorizing faces or scenery. Corel's Pointilizer does extremely well at this but is somewhat limited to shapes and circles rather than full lines. I'll attach an example...... I think this would be under the category of improvements to existing features with Pointilizer in mind. However, It may be a whole new animal in itself. I would really appreciate this feature as I have been a loyal Corel/customer user for two and a half decades now. Thank you for your consideration.

The example you shared reminded me of the Corel Trace application from the CorelDRAW 12 version. Corel Trace could perform similar “hatchings.” Who knows—maybe one day they’ll bring those old codes out from the dusty shelves of history and we’ll regain those features.
