I'm so mad!

What more information do you need? From one day to the next, they changed the entire order of my commands. Many of them aren't even there anymore. I don't know how to put them back. Incredible. Everything just changed. They completely messed up my "work table." I couldn't even find the color bar. I managed to put it back. Commands are repeated at the top and bottom. My main toolbar (left) is completely different.
