Toggle View Shortcut Improvement

there's relatively Hidden shortcut called Toggle View, basically it toggles the last two viewing modes. but it also requires two registered modes to work. so at start of corel, it does not work because we didn't choose the second viewing mode. my suggestion is to define wireframe/current view mode by default.
