In CorelDRAW on Mac, there is no keyboard shortcut for the Pick tool by default. You can view and control the keyboard shortcuts in the Preferences dialog (through the application menu > Preferences > Shortcuts...):
The Space bar can be used to toggle between an active tool and the Pick tool. However, when you are using the Text tool, typing text, the Space bar is used to enter a space character in your active (edited) text string - in that mode the Space bar cannot be used to toggle between tools.
You can specify a custom shortcut key for the Pick tool in the Preferences dialog, to have a keyboard shortcut at hand to return to the Pick tool at any time.
