Collect for output was very useful version especially while sharing the open files with printer. As it used to bundle .cdr .pdf fonts color profile all in one zip file. And with the new version everything has be exported separately
Please note that the "Collect for Output" feature is still available in CorelDRAW. In the 2022 releases of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite it has been removed from the (default) workspace for multiple reasons, but it continues to be accessible through the UI customization options. You can add it (back) to your workspace using the Tools menu > Options > Customization...
You'll find "Collect for Output" in the File menu commands and can select and drag it to any desired location in your application workspace.
