Why did you remove the ability to apply (or edit) Fx from PowerClip frames

As the title says - Why did you remove the ability to apply (or edit) Fx from PowerClip frames?

I used to be able to place things inside a power clip, and apply Fx to it (and would apply them to the objects inside).

Moreover - if I DO apply Fx to, say, a rectangle, and then place objects inside, the Fx ARE preserved AND applied to the objects inside, which means the functionality is there, but now I cannot edit nor remove the Fx applied to the PowerClip because all those options are disabled, and the "tab" in the Properties docker is gone.

While on this, being able to apply Fx to a Symbol would be a nice feature.
