Dockers Enable/Disable Behavior Change

This is simply a mandatory idea for a user who calls dockers by keyboard. To call, you have to double trigger the shortcut because; at first trigger Corel is closing the docker, then enables & displays the docker on top of other dockers (if present). My suggestion is to simply inverse this behavior by displaying the docker first. If needed. the docker should be closed not by a shortcut but by closing the tab.
