Bring back MASK outlines

Since the last update, I have lost all of my mask outlines. The dotted outline is gone. I have to guess and hope I've selected the right areas. It is very frustrating. That feature has existed FOREVER and now it is just gone. This is happening on two separate computers. Please fix this.
